We are committed to do all in our power to ensure our clients’ orders are completed fully and without delay. However, please note orders’ arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the volume of orders, postal mishandling and technical malfunctions could have an influence. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and select holidays. It takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Once the order is processed and shipped out, an email with your tracking number will be sent. Transit time and courier service may vary depending where your item was shipped from and destination.

Duties & International Fees
Typically, applicable customs or import duties are charged when the package arrives at its destination country. Fees on a shipment have to be paid by the receiver (also applicable to retail and wholesale customers). These fees are paid to your local carrier or government. These fees are not implemented or collected by Maha Loka, and thus cannot be refunded. Maha Loka does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate or confirm what the fees would be, since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend contacting the local customs office for information on fees before placing your order, to avoid unforeseen charges.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We are very careful on avoiding disappointments or misunderstanding, describing and portraying all items very accurately. So please, read carefully the description of the item you are interested before you buy it. If you want any additional photos, please let us know.
Damaged & Defective Items
All items are wrapped with care for extra safety and assurance. We want your beautiful items to get to you safe and in its original state.
In the rare event that the item you ordered is a damaged / defective item, please contact us, tell us about the product condition and attach a picture of any concerns within 48 hours of receipt. We will be happy to work something out with you.
If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) and you will not be charged again for delivery. Returns need to be unworn and unwashed.
- Please add your purchase information to the return package to inform us the detail of your order.
- Refunds or exchange will be issued when we receive the return.
- The buyer takes responsibility for all shipping and other fees.
- Refund is calculated as item's price -10%
- All custom orders are final. Customized items are not returnable neither exchangeable.
- All sale items are final. We don't offer return nor exchange.
- Returns that do not follow our policy will not be refunded.
If it is about quality problem or the item is not as described, the items can be returned and the full refund will be issued.
