All items are wrapped with care for extra safety and assurance. We want your beautiful items to get to you safe and in its original state.
In the rare event that the item you ordered is a damaged / defective item, please contact us, tell us about the product condition and attach a picture of any concerns within 48 hours of receipt. We will be happy to work something out with you.

If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) and you will not be charged again for delivery. Returns need to be unworn and unwashed.

• Please add your purchase information to the return package to inform us the detail of your order.
• Refunds or exchange will be issued when we receive the return.
• The buyer takes responsibility for all shipping and other fees.
• Refund is calculated as item's price -10%
• All custom orders are final. Customized items are not returnable neither exchangeable.
• All sale items are final. We don't offer return nor exchange.
• Returns that do not follow our policy will not be refunded.

If it is about quality problem or the item is not as described, the items can be returned and the full refund will be issued.
